Joe Grover - senior associate
Joe Grover brings relevant experience in entrepreneurship and marketing strategy to Mercato Partners. At Mercato, Joe managed early fundraising activity and now is responsible for investor communications, financial reporting and provides both due diligence and deal support to the investment team. Joe also manages the firm's press and marketing. Joe has worked at Mercato Partners since inception.
Prior to Mercato Partners, Joe ran a marketing and media production company where he led marketing and communication campaigns for Comcast, T-Mobile, Sportsman's Warehouse and Zions Bank. Joe was also responsible for key business development initiatives and led the firm's sales efforts, tripling revenue in 12 months. Joe's sales and marketing experience compliment Mercato's value-add strategy. Joe worked on the launch of four other start-ups as part of Junto Partners and later became the director of the program. As a director of Junto he worked with Greg Warnock in recruiting, training and mentoring entrepreneurs. Joe completed a B.S. in Business Entrepreneurship at the University of Utah David Eccles School of Business and a Masters in Business Administration from Westminster College.
