Mercato Partners portfolio company Fusion-io goes public above target range

SALT LAKE CITY, UT – June 9, 2011 – Fusion-io is one of seven investments in Mercato Partners first growth equity fund launched in 2007. Mercato Partners participated in the Series B financing in 2009 and the Series C financing in 2010. The successful initial public offering at $19 per share was significantly above the target range and the stock closed 18% higher at the conclusion of the first day of trading. The company is trading under ticker FIO on the New York Stock Exchange.
